About the Webinar...

About a week ago on March 26, 2020 we collaborated with Techqueria on a special webinar to help support Latinx individuals working in the tech industry. Due to the current situation (COVID-19) many people have made the transition to working from home. However, with this transition comes increased levels of anxiety, changes in environment, changes in routine, schedule adjustments, and communication changes. This webinar focused on finding ways to improve work/life balance to help decrease anxiety and manage this new situation. Read the description for the webinar below!

Techqueria and the team at PsychoSocial are partnering up for a discussion on how to better create boundaries between work and home with the shift in remote work that has taken place!

Join us for a frank discussion on work-life balance, managing anxiety during these times, natural disaster and crisis support, setting ritual and daily goals, and mental health access.

PsychoSocial is a mental health multimedia business created by mental health professionals in a joint effort to raise mental health awareness and destigmatize mental illness. They believe in the power and influence of media on our identity and advocate for social justice, supporting the BIPOC, LGBTQ+, Latinx, WOC, and other stigmatized communities.

Techqueria is the largest organization for Latinx professionals, with the resources and support that they need to thrive and become leaders in the tech industry.
